TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the Terms and Conditions ("T&C") before using our site (www.thetwinklepetals.com) operated by The Twinkle Petals ("us", "we", or "our") and placing an order with us. The T&C apply to all users of the site as well as to our customers (collectively referred to as "you" or "your"). By accessing the site or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by the T&C. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the T&C at any time. 

PRODUCTS & SERVICES 

Please place your order with us at least one day in advance of the delivery day.  In respect of flowers for weddings and occasions (e.g. birthday party), please let us know your request at least two months in advance of the actual day. 

 

Due to seasons and availability of the flowers, the final product may vary slightly from the picture shown in our site. We reserve the right to make the necessary replacement of the flowers while maintaining the same colour theme and style as the picture shown in our site, in our deliverable to you.

DELIVERY 

$10 flat delivery charges apply and surcharge delivery charges for certain restricted areas (e.g Sentosa Cove, Tuas, Jurong Island, Army Camps, airport terminals). We will contact you on the delivery charges. 

Due to COVID-19's preventive measures, our delivery agent will be performing contactless delivery services where recipient will not be requested for e-signature as proof of delivery until further notice. Our delivery agent will take a photo of the recipient collecting the flowers as proof of delivery instead.

Our delivery time frame usually takes place from 10am to 6pm ("normal time frame"). If your preferred timing does not fall within the normal time frame, please let us know and we would try our best to meet your request.  

REDELIVERY

Please ensure the intended recipient or representative is available for the collection of the flowers based on the timing provided to us. If the intended recipient or representative is not available to receive the flowers, our delivery agent will contact the recipient or us for further instructions within 10 mins grace period upon arrival of the delivery location. If the recipient is not contactable within the said grace period, the flowers will be returned to us.We will not be held responsible if the address provided to us is incorrect. 

For any redirection of flowers from the initial location provided to another location, a delivery charge of $20 applies.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via PayPal, PayNow and bank transfer.

For payment via PayNow, please pay to our UEN no: 53390453J

For payment via bank transfer, please transfer your payment to our DBS bank account: 072-007454-8

Please indicate the Order reference number as the payment reference. We will arrange the delivery upon receipt of your payment.

CANCELLATION 

If you wish to cancel the order (for gift bouquets), please notify us at least two days in advance ("notice period") of the delivery date. Payment is not refundable if order is cancelled beyond the notice period (e.g. cancellation of order received one day in advance of the delivery date).
